Project Cancellation
Cancel anytime via email to info@clickbery.live. Effective from our acknowledgment date.
Refund Eligibility
Full refund (minus 10% admin fee) if no work started. Partial refund during design phase. Pro-rated after development begins.
Non-Refundable
Domain/hosting fees, third-party licenses, approved design work, ad spend, and rush surcharges are non-refundable.
Timeline Conditions
Client-caused delays may adjust timelines. Projects inactive 30+ days may be considered abandoned.
How to Cancel
Email info@clickbery.live with project name, reason, and details. We respond within 3 business days.
Disputes
Contact us directly to resolve disputes. Unresolved matters follow our Terms & Conditions jurisdiction.
